Refunds (for damaged or defective orders)
Refunds without a return will only be issued for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly with photos showing the problem, and we will issue you a full refund. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns (for whatever reason)

We have a 15-day 'return it for whatever reason' return policy, which means you have 15 days upon receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at eurobeadsca@gmail.com and we will send you instructions on how to proceed (how and where to return your package).
We will notify you once we receive the returned item and issue you a refund.
You will be refunded your full order payment minus any shipping fees you may have originally paid. You will also not be reimbursed for the shipping cost of returning the item.
The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

*Note: Refund will not include shipping fees, and Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
